At Argos Fragrances, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury scents; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrapping.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original luxury presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring the scent remains upright and protected with adequate cushioning.
Ship to Our Atelier
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
